ClientFlow is a SaaS application concept focused on helping service businesses run day-to-day operations from a single system instead of juggling disconnected tools. The product centers on customer records, scheduling, and operational visibility in a clean interface that supports both business owners and staff.
Many small and midsize service businesses outgrow spreadsheets, inboxes, and generic booking tools long before they can justify complex enterprise software. The result is operational friction: scattered customer data, inconsistent scheduling, and poor visibility into the work required to keep the business moving.
I shaped the product as a modern full-stack SaaS experience built around everyday operational tasks. The UI emphasizes clarity and low-friction navigation, while the data model is structured to support customers, scheduling, and workflow management in a way that can grow with the product.
The application uses Next.js for the product experience, Supabase for backend services and data management, and Tailwind CSS for a fast, consistent interface system. The architecture favors clear application boundaries so features can expand without creating a brittle codebase.
